Today it seems fertility has become quite an issue - many women are either concerned with the potential side effects of chemical birth control, or they are experiencing great difficulties when trying to conceive. As a result, more and more women are looking for a better, more holistic approach to their reproductive health.
Fem-ology.com has recently evolved to offer a resource for women in the U.S. interested in natural fertility. We promote the 'Natural Fertility Management' Method, founded by Australian Naturopath, Dr. Francesca Naish more than 30 years ago. The NFM method utilizes the same techniques used by the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) and the Natural Family Planning Method (NFP) although it is enhanced by calculating each woman's specific Bio-Rhythmic ‘Lunar Fertile Phase.’
